I am a nationally and internationally recognized information science scholar whose research examines what makes information trustworthy enough to preserve, reuse, and act upon. Drawing on archival studies, biomedical informatics, artificial intelligence, and digital curation, my scholarship investigates trust, provenance, data quality, transparency, and accountability across digital information systems. I have authored more than 25 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and proceedings, including Scientific Data (Nature portfolio), PLOS ONE, the Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), Archivaria, and the International Digital Curation Conference (IDCC). With an h-index of 12 and more than 400 citations, my work demonstrates sustained scholarly impact across information science and related interdisciplinary fields. I have contributed to more than $14 million in collaborative research initiatives and secured more than $1.1 million in competitive federal and internal awards as PI or Co-PI. I have also presented my research more than 40 times at leading conferences and institutions across 15 countries and 22 U.S. states.
